Our department offers the opportunity for post-doctoral fellowships that are modeled after the ACGME requirements and approved by the institutional GMEC. There are several fellowships approved by AUBMC, including neurology, hematology/oncology and neonatology. PGY4 positions are also available with concentrations in pediatric intensive care and cardiology, as well as postdoctoral research fellowships in neuroscience, cardiology, and infectious diseases.

The program accepts applicants among AUB graduates and graduates from local or international universities. The choice of the accepted applicants goes through a two-step test. The first step is the English Entrance Exam and the Medical Knowledge Exam (i.e. Dean's Exam for the non-AUB graduates), and the second is the interview with the unit director and/or her/his designees.
