Every resident in the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent
Medicine is assigned an advisor who will be in close contact with her/him throughout
his/her training. The advisor guides the
resident, both on the professional and the personal level.
The advisor receives the resident's evaluations and communicates monthly with her/him
all the comments of her/his
peers. S/he shows the resident her/his weak and strong
points and advises her/him of the ways for improvement. The advisor
also works with the resident on a project for practice-based
learning through the three years of training.
