This one-day workshop aims to present to surgeons an overall approach to facial rejuvenation. Oculoplastic cosmetic surgery will be a strong component of this workshop. There will be an interpretation on the use of variable length pre and post auricular incisions, depending on anatomic type of neck aging. |

This workshop is directed primarily to physicians but also reaches out to nurses and public health educators. Participants will share techniques they have used to teach health professionals the principles of collaborative work.
The first Problem Based Learning (PBL) session will:
- Introduce the principles of PBL
- Demonstrate how PBL approach can be a tool useful to teach collaborative work
The second session will guide the group in developing a PBL case that teaches collaborative work.
