Some course readings are places on reserve so that they are readily available for all students.

Put Materials on Reserve - Faculty

You may put print and electronic items on reserve for the course you are teaching.
To put print items on reserve, you may send a list to the Circulation Desk at:

If you need to place material on reserve to be provided electronically, you may send a clear hard copy that we will scan; or you may send it in electronic format. Read more about E-Reserve.



Find Materials on Reserve

Students can access electronic reserves for their class, on campus and off-campus, using the E-Reserve page.

Username and password, supplied by the faculty member giving the course, are required to access the E-reserve.

To find and use print reserve materials students may visit the Reserve Desks in the libraries.

Moodle is another tool that AUB professors use to provide class information and materials to students.


Use Materials on Reserve

Some reserve materials can be checked out for a short term period. Others are to be used in the library, or photocopied.

Overdue fines for course reserves are high, L.L.10,000 per day. Charges for lost or damaged items are applied according to the library Borrowing policy.
