Configuring your browser - Internet Explorer

If you are not able to connect to the database, check the following settings:

1. From your browser's main menu, select Tools, and click on Internet Options
2. Select Connections, then Settings
3. Click on your ISP listed in the Dial-up Settings (eg. Cyberia, Terranet, etc.)
4. Check the option "Automatically Detect Settings". All other options should be un-checked.
5. Click OK, and OK
6. Restart your browser
7. Click on the database, you will be prompted to enter your AUB username and password (this is your AUBnet user ID = your email username without the @aub.edu.lb, and the password).
