Proposal Central is a web-based grant
making website where one can search for funding opportunities as the
website is shared by many government, non-profit, private health
foundations and grant-making organizations. The website is also used
for submitting proposals online and the management of grants in a
faster and more efficient way. To
access research programs open for application, please go to the
following url:
https://proposalcentral.altum.com/ where a listing of programs
categorized under the name of funding agency and includes
such information as program name, deadline date for submission of
Letters of Intent (if applicable), proposal submission deadline, and
the contact information of the person in charge of the program.
For the purpose of submitting an application, interested applicants
are required to register their profile on Proposal Central, the
basic steps to be completed is to fill out the professional profile
default information, the research interests, personal data for
applications, and the bio-sketch. OGC can also help faculty members
in registering, creating their profiles and assisting them in the
application process. Note: Even though
Proposal Central allows applicants to submit applications online, AUB professors are still requried to channel their proposal
application to University officials for review and approval by
filling out the Proposal Transmittal and Approval Form. The
reviews are needed to check conformance to University policy as well
as sponsor guidelines.
