Initial Encounter With the Executive Health Physician
Your initial encounter with your physician consists of an in-depth personalized consultation about your overall health, lifestyle habits, and personal, social, and family medical history. The physician will review the medical questionnaire previously submitted and complete any missing items. As such, this initial encounter constitutes an opportunity for you to raise any health concerns you may have. Your physician will then perform a complete physical examination and then discuss your scheduled appointments reflecting on any additional tests deemed appropriate based on the evaluation.

Basic Screening Diagnostic Studies, Lab Tests, and Other Consultations
The Executive Health Officer will ensure escort to the various testing facilities where your pre-scheduled examinations and consultations will be performed in a timely manner.

End of Your Executive Check-up
After completing your itinerary, you will meet with your physician to review and discuss your test results. During the meeting, your physician may give you additional recommendations for treatment, care, or follow-up. A full written report will be mailed to you after discharge together with a copy of all your test results. If you choose, a letter outlining these results can be sent to your local physician.
