Executives wishing to enroll in the Executive Health Program are advised to schedule an appointment at least 2 weeks in advance.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, the executive will first be asked to complete a confidential medical questionnaire. The questionnaire will be reviewed by an attending physician who will recommend the appropriate package.

A schedule of needed tests will be prepared and the executive will be contacted to set an appointment. At the time an appointment is given, a registration fee of US $ 500 (or Lebanese currency equivalent) will apply which will be deducted from the original package fee. We will also need a passport copy to prepare admission papers prior to admission for your convenience.
