The Program is managed by an inter-disciplinary steering committee, consisting of the following professors:

The functions of the committee are the following:
- Admitting students to the Program.
- Assigning advisors to students.
- Approving course selection of students.
- Soliciting proposals for MS thesis and projects from Faculty and students with matching proposals.
- Approving thesis advisors and committees.

One faculty member from the departments of mathematics or computer science chairs the Steering Committee.

Appointments on the Committee are made on a three-year basis.
