Mr. Nabil Tohme has had more than four decades
of service to AUB
and its
sport program. After
graduating from Beirut College in
1967 with his High School
degree and also earning a certificate
in English and Arabic
typing, he began work at AUB where he
has had several different
jobs. Soon after he earned his Computer
Certification from
Beirut School of Fine Art. Since 1968 Mr. Tohme has
been working
with the AUB athletic department and been responsible
for a
variety of different functions during that time including
supervision
of staff. In 1983, he was promoted to the position of
"Athletic Assistant,"
responsible of coordinating all of the
indoor and outdoor athletic
activities as well as assisting in
the intramural program and AUB Beach.
Mr. Tohme enjoys all types of
sport activities especially jogging, basketball,
and tennis. Since 1993 Mr. Tohme has also been a counsel member of the
"AUB
staff and worker syndicate." |
