AUB Retirees

Procedures for Retirees to join the Charles Hostler Student Center:

    1.    Complete an online application form by clicking the button below.

    2.  Press the “Submit Application for Approval” button. 

    3.     Once approved you will receive a Confirmation Email from University Sports.

     4.     Print a copy of the Confirmation you received and take it to the cashier’s window at
        College Hall and pay the full amount.

      5.    Bring a copy of the receipt of full payment to the CHSC administrative offices, preferably

              between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to have a membership sticker(s) affixed on a valid

             AUB card or Hostler Center ID for each dependant. After hours a Building Supervisor will be

             able to assist you.

      6.     If an ID card is needed for dependents, bring a copy of the receipt of payment to the ID
        Center along with dependents who will be joining for a CHSC ID card to be issued.  The ID 

             Center requires 24 hours from notice of approval for information to be on their system to 

        issue a new ID card.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: Individuals choosing to join the CHSC should know that the gymnasium, pool and fitness areas may not be available in the evening after
6:00 p.m. (except on Sunday) due to student programming.
