Procedures for employees to join the Charles Hostler Student Center:
1. Complete an online application form by clicking the button below.
2. Your membership application is not complete until you have selected a payment option.
3. Once complete, press the “Review Application” button to review the application.
4. If there are no further changes, press the “Submit Application for Approval” button.
5. Once the application is approved you will receive a Confirmation from University Sports.
6. If you elected to pay in full, print a copy of the Confirmation you received and take it to
the cashier’s window at College Hall and pay the full amount.
7. Regardless of whether you selected the full payment or the payroll deduction option bring a
copy of the
Confirmation email of approval or Receipt of full payment
to the CHSC
administrative offices, preferably
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to have a
membership sticker(s) affixed on a valid AUB card or Hostler Center ID for each
dependant. After hours a Building Supervisor will be able to assist you.
8. If an ID card is needed for dependents, bring a copy of the receipt of payment or the
confirmation of approval to the ID Center along
with dependents who will be joining for a
CHSC ID card to be issued. The ID Center
requires 24 hours from notice of approval for
information to be on their system to issue a new ID card. Thank you for your patience.

Individuals choosing to join the CHSC should know that the gymnasium, pool and
fitness areas may not be available in the evening after
6:00 p.m. (except on
Sunday) due to student programming.
