WALK A LAP AND ADD ANOTHER HEALTHY MINUTE TO YOUR LIFE

 

University Sports will be sponsoring fitness walking or jogging on the track every

Monday to Friday.  It’s time for YOU to get it going and join in.  Do as many or as
few laps as you like. But do it.
