In the February-March 2005 AUB Bulletin Today cover article, the late former Prime Minister Rafic B. Hariri was mistakenly described as having visited AUB campus in October 1998. In fact, Prime Minister Hariri had visited the campus in October 1997, the year Dr. John Waterbury was designated as president of the University.

In an article entitled “Volunteer Outreach Clinic Gala Dinner,” it was not mentioned in the first paragraph that the VOC is a group of volunteers from AUB, LAU, Balamand University, and other universities. Also in the first paragraph, it was incorrectly mentioned that the clinic provides for “Lebanese underserved citizens.” In fact, VOC patients are not only Lebanese. Finally, the organization added $13,000 in profits rather than $250,000 as was mentioned at the end of the paragraph.
