| If you are
connected from within the AUB campus, you may connect to our
local
bioinformatics server to gain access to the databases and some of
the software, including DNA/RNA analysis toolkits, gene finding and
pattern recognition, translation, primer construction, fragment
assembly, alignments, cloning, protein structure prediction, database
searching and retrieval, etc...).
The server runs algorithms from the GCG Winsconsin Package behind the SeqWeb intranet interface. To log on, use the information below: |

To create a personal login, contact server administrator. Remember that the username for the server is not necessarily your AUBnet ID |
