The Computational Sciences and Bioinformatics Lab (CSBL) provides an online data management kit for its users to help introduce high-level organization and functionality to their chemistry data. Once connected from within AUB Campus, you can run any of these applications online and save all your work to your pc (Make sure to save in a secure place).

II- Accord for Access:Accord provides you with all the facilities you need to store and search chemical data directly within Microsoft Access.. Accord enables Access to understand chemistry the way you do - using the language of structure diagrams. Accord's inbuilt chemical intelligence allows you to create relational tables containing chemical moieties and associated data. In a matter of seconds you can import a data set, search a chemical table by substructure, or produce a report containing structures, reactions and data of interest.
III - Accord for Excel:DS Accord for Excel is a chemistry enabled Excel spreadsheet that allows scientists to display chemistry and reactions, perform chemical calculations, analyze R-groups, calculate QSAR descriptors and query by similarity or substructure all within the spreadsheet environment. Accord enables Excel to understand chemistry using the language of structure diagrams. Accord's inbuilt chemical intelligence makes it easy to create tables containing chemical moieties and associated data. Your data can be formatted and printed the way you want it. You can also publish to HTML or paste into MS Office applications with ease.
