This process is an effective and efficient
tool for you to renew your current car parking permit at the
University. It will ease the time spent in completing an
application form and sending it for appropriate approval.
A. You can renew directly online by following these steps:

Kindly click on the link
Renewal
Form
online.

Enter your e-mail user ID
and Password.

Click on the "Renew
Parking Application" link.

Ensure
that all data listed is correct: Correct car brand, correct plate
number, and the insurance is not expired.

Click
and select the left side box first.

Click on Submit.
-
You will
be prompted with " Success (1 record(s) processed)".
After completing the application online, the
Business Services Office will verify the
information entered, and accordingly issue a sticker.
Current parking permit holders are kindly
requested to present and exchange the old sticker with the
new one at the office of Business Services.
B.
Any change of car or plate number:
The applicant has to send a copy of the new car
registration papers and the respective insurances to Business Services Office.
In all the above
cases, Valid hard copies of insurance
policies (both Mandatory and the General Liability) have to
be sent to Business Services in order to provide you with a
permit.
