	Domain request type
	Format:   NEW    to create a new domain record under LB-DOM
		  UPD    to update and existing LB-DOM record
		  DEL    to delete an LB-DOM record
	Example:

domain:
	IP domain name
	Format: Full qualified domain name without trailing ".".
		EDU.LB   to register under the academic subdomain
		ORG.LB   to register under the organization subdomain
		NET.LB   to register under the IP providers subdomain
		GOV.LB   to register under the government subdomain
		COM.LB   to register under the commercial subdomain
		
		(AC.LB was replaced by EDU.LB)  

	Example: 
		domain: AUB.EDU.LB

	MANDATORY

descr:
	Description of the domain. 
	Give organization and place.
	Postal address is not needed, this can be found via the contacts.

	Format: free text, one line per entry, multiple lines in sequence
	Example:
		descr:   American University of Beirut
		descr:   Ras Beirut

	MANDATORY

admin-c:
	Name of administrative contact person.
	This is someone who will be contacted about administrative
	things such as domain registration etc.

	This must be the same string as in the corresponding
	person entry. Such a person entry has to exist.
	If the person name is ambiguous, use the nic handle.

	Format: <firstname> <initials> <lastname>
	Example: 
		admin-c: Nabil A. Bukhalid

	MANDATORY, MULTIPLE

tech-c:
	Name of technical contact person.
	This is someone to be contacted for technical problems 
	such as (mis)behavior of nameservers on the net etc.

	See admin-c above.

nserver:
	List of nameservers for of this domain. Primary first.
	Format: Full qualified domainname without trailing ".". 
		IP Address(es) of the nameservers are mandatory.
	example:
		nserver: layla.aub.edu.lb  (193.188.128.5)

sub-dom:
	List of subdomains of the domain
	Format: Relative domainname to the domain.
	Example:
