Health Insurance Plan |
Full time non-academic employees and part-time non-academic employees engaged on half-time or more for more than nine months. |
The plan provides for in hospital coverage, and out-patient (ambulatory) coverage for eligible members and their families. |

Life Insurance
NEW |
All active, full time non-academic employees of AUB in grades 1 through 12 working an AUB approved schedule. |
The Policy will cover
- Death due to accident or sickness (natural)
- Death or disability as a result of passive war
- Accidental Permanent Total Disability
- Accidental Permanent Partial Disability |

Educational Allowances
(Above Grade 12) |
Full time non-academic employees after completion of two years of continuous active service.
|
Educational Allowances for elementary, intermediate and secondary education will be paid for a max of 13 regular academic years for eligible students pursuing the High School program and 14 years for students pursuing the Lebanese Baccalaureate Program.
University Education will be provided at either AUB (Free) or reimbursement of tuition at another University.

(Grades 1 - 12) |
Full time non-academic staff in grades 1 to 12 who have been in active service for 5 or more years.

Employees are paid scholarship up to 4 children:
For elementary: LL.1,375,000
For intermediate and secondary: LL.2,500,000
University Education will be provided at AUB (Free).

|
All Lebanese non-academic employees at the University and other five nationalities whose countries have reciprocal treatment with Lebanon (British, French, Italian, Belgian, Swiss).

Maternity and

Employees benefit from Maternity and Sickness Branch with respect to out-patient and in-patient hospitalization. |

Staff Education |
All non-academic staff are eligible for 6 credits per semester (not to exceed six clock hours).

The employee is charged with 40% of the fees. The request for Staff Educational Scholarship Application will be subject to consideration and the submission of this application would not necessarily result in granting an educational scholarship.
