AUB’s leading role in advancing knowledge both regionally and internationally has extended the university’s reach to beyond Lebanon. About 2000 international students from over 66 different countries call AUB their home. The abundance of choice at AUB, its vibrant campus life and its multinational student body, make studying at AUB a worthwhile educational experience for international students.

AUB is the first and remains one of the few residential universities in the Middle East. Its seven dormitories provide international and local students with comfortable and safe accommodation where they can meet new people and develop new friendships.

AUB recognizes that international students need guidance in a variety of areas when planning their studies at the University. Through its Office of International Programs (OIP), the University provides a support network to international students wishing to study at AUB. ISS offers orientation and advice that helps international students with anything from legal documents to cultural integration.
