Short Bio
Dr. Roman Kulchitsky is an assistant professor of
Public Policy and Administration in the Department. He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy
from George Mason University in 2001. He is currently studying the evolution and
effects of information and communication technologies in the Arab region with an
emphasis on governance, public policy and administration. Dr. Kulchitsky's
primary research areas are e-governance, organizational communication and
information systems, and comparative public policy. Dr. Kulchitsky has provided
consultancy input to the United Nations Development Programme and has worked for
the Electronic Data Systems Corporation on automation software projects in the
US public sector. Before entering academia, he served in the Michigan House of
Representatives.
