Randa Antoun

Short Bio

 

Dr. Randa Antoun is a Lecturer in Public Administration. She received her Ph.D. from University of York in 1990.  Her research interests in the area of PA include reforms, Good Governance, Transparency and Accountability, Bureaucracy and Development, and Human Resource Management. She has served as consultant to several local and regional organizations on projects related to administrative reform and development, local government and transparency and accountability. Her publications include Transparency and Accountability in the Public Sector in the Arab region and Defining Corruption: an Attempt.
