Hiba Khodr

Short Biography

Hiba Khodr has joined the department of Political Studies and Public Administration this fall as an Assistant Professor. She received her BS in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut in 1988 and another BS in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1992 and a MS with honors in Instructional Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993. She earned her PhD in Public Administration and Policy from Florida State University in 2005. Her research interests include health policy, public reform, and public personnel management. She has co-authored two articles published in peer reviewed political science and public administration journals and had presented several papers and research proposals at both national and local professional meetings in the US. She likes traveling, collecting antiques, and spending time with family and friends.
